PAKATAN new administration line up ....

The list continues to grow on a daily basis as Pakatan begins recruitment effort for its new administration, I suspect Pakatan has now a new shadow Inspector General of Police and a new shadow Attorney General candidates.

Pakatan would for sure need to appoint candidates to key posistion within its administration and it is most likely the  recent announcement made by PAS and PKR would allow them to immediately appoint the shadow IGP and shadow AG upon them being announced as the new Government in Putrajaya. It would also not  be strange that Pakatan would also appoint a much more independent head for the SPRM to makes sure all the corruption cases already reported to the corruption agency be quickly dispense, including those that have not been given proper attention by SPRM involving the NFC and Scorpene corruption scandal.

There will be other key positions to be filled including nominees coming from BERSIH steering committees members to filled up the current Election Commission Chairman and Deputy Chairman which are publicly known to be totally biased to the UMNO led regime. This would allow for the electoral role for Selangor and other Pakatan led states if Pakatan so decides to delay the State Legislative Assembly election.

I suspect Pakatan has already names ready to replace the current heads of Government Link Companies  and also the respective members of the board of directors, that would allow it to push through reforms for the abolishment of the tolled highways toll charges, abolishment or reduction in electricity rates resulting from biased IPP concession contracts and those currently responsible for the commercialisation leading to a monopoly control of the the nation water resources.

Getting the house in order as quickly as possible would allow Pakatan to push through reforms which will allow it major savings in the national budget and allowing Pakatan to move forward with the manifesto items as contained its Buku Jingga policy statements. Appointments to head EPF and such organisation that have major shareholding rights within the numerous GLC will allow Pakatan to realise huge savings in terms of bailout situation already arising from such GLC the likes of MAS

What may not be too clear is Pakatan approach to making better news access and reporting to such organisation such as RTM, and numerous goverment controlled  media agencies at the national and state level.

Apart from members of the administration in numerous Ministries, Pakatan would also have to replace those administrators similar to bodies like PKNS in the states where they have taken over from Barisan Nasional.

Learning from Pulau Pinang, Kedah and Selangor where much of the policy changes have not been properly delivered given they were no major changes to the state administration organs, it is likey if Pakatan was to win over Putrajaya they will be naming candidates that can work with them rather than those that would sabotage their administration

OrangBaruLahir .... looking forward to brighter days with Pakatan
